Absolutely not. Creepy vibes. Was uncomfortable having these people at my home. Showed up in a cross over vehicle not worthy of being worked out of. The man doing the assessment was physically unable to be working. Had to have his helper assist him in standing up after getting down on the ground to view the leak, and it was an embarrassing struggle. Made me feel stupid when asking questions. Came to pick up check for consultation following day in sketchy vehicle with different people.

Keith was fantastic. Very professional, very comfortable having him in my home, did not need help getting up or down and was great at answering when I asked questions. He even handed me decorative bits while they were pulled off so I could clean them up and have a nicer looking shower. That one-star review below made me hesitant when I was looking for a plumber, but I have no idea what happened there because my service was fantastic. Bill seemed reasonable, wasn’t super cheap but I know plumbers are notoriously expensive.

Plumber arrived and found the problem, fixed it within one hour. Staff was friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable.
