They did not show up for appointment then told us they might be able to come tomorrow if they have any openings when we have not had water for 3 days. Pretty much told us they didn't care that they couldn't come out. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I've had water pressure issues for MONTHS and finally bit the bullet to call someone to get it fixed. These gentlemen were out at my property within no time and just under an hour my water pressure was fixed! These gentlemen were kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable! I will absolutely be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs :)

Great company to work with, reputable and they know what they are doing. When we had some poor luck with other plumbing firms, we found that the folks here were able to help with complex plumbing issues. They are now our go-to plumbers.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you

Did a good job with what they did but tried get me to replace all my gas lines for about $8000 and said there were many leaks which Xcel confirmed there were not. Don't trust them unless you get a second opinion

It is hard to describe how satisfied I was with Fast Freddy's! I has an issue with drainage in our floor drain in the basement laundry room. After determining that it was beyond my capabilities I placed a call first thing the next morning! I had an appt made for a window between 1 and 3 and got a text saying that Alfredo Dominguez was on the way at 12:45! He was so awesome and incredible polite, informative, and went out of his way to clean some mess from the drain sludge that I feel was NOT his responsibility. 5 Stars all the way and I will recommend them again and they have gained my business for life! Thanks guys!!!

Despite their name, Professional Plumbing and Heating is the most unprofessional outfit I've ever encountered. Poor customer service and poor quality work. I've used this company three times and each time required another plumber to come a fix their shoddy workmanship. When confronted with my complaints I was threatened with a lawsuit and had my manliness questioned. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.
