Benjamin was here to check my furnace that was not working! He arrived on time and started working. After consultation and pricing new furnaces we decided to replace the old furnace. He worked all day, set up the electricians needed and completed the job within the same day!He answered all questions and provided complete instructions for the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional, easy to talk with and stayed on task.

The guy came out and explained to me what my ac needed . So I went to appliance parts and brought the the needed parts and installed the parts which got my ac back up and running with out tripping the circuit breaker. But the only problem was it was still blowing warm not cold air.So I called them back thinking I finally found an honest company to deal with. S I I called them again to have a guy come out to add more refrigerant to my system after all I had replaced the fan motor, blades,contacter.capasitorso the only thing left would be to add more refrigerant to my system. Do you know the technician refused to come out to add refrigerant to my system. It's like once they find out your not buying a whole new system they don't want to deal with you any longer. I say to all home owners if you find a reliable company here in las vegas you can depend on without having to buy a complete new system hang on to the and please by all means let us new homeowners know who to call.

Excellent and professional service. Garbage disposal issues caused a backflow to the bathtub, resulting in disposal flowing out of the tub drain and rendering both the sink and tub unusable. Pin Point Plumbing was able to send their technician on short notice to diagnose the problem, and fix the issue, and possible solutions to avoid a similar issue in the future. Prices were competitive with other providers in the area, and they were upfront with total cost without any hidden fees.

We called Rich about 4PM on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend) about our leaking hot water tank. He called us back within 30 minutes and was at our house on Monday (Labor Day) with a new hot water tank at 10AM. He had the old one out and the new one installed, and he had cleaned up the area and was on his way by 11:30. He is so easy to work with and his prices are fair.
