R James L arrived right on time and did an excellent job installing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposer. He checked for leaks. There were none. He checked that they were both operating correctly. He left the area clean and earned a 10 out of 10 rating.
We recently were in need of a new water heater. Our old one was over 20 years old. Fast and reliable water heater were extremely easy to work with. They had appointments available on the same day I called. On installation day, the wrong one was ordered, but Dustin made sure to get the right one. We had a new water heater installed within 3 hours. I appreciated the quality of the work, the quick turn around time and the professionalisms. I would certainly recommend.

The installer was, by far, the best service person I've ever encountered. He answered ALL my questions honestly, and explained everything in great detail. He left me feeling very good about my choice of seller/service provider.

I went through Home Depot and Fast was our service provider. This was one of best appliance replacement experiences i had in awhile. Everything went smoothly, all of what needed to be done was covered clearly, and finished cleanly.

Alejandro was timely, communicative & provided options. His work was swift, done well & cleaned up well after. This was an urgent matter due to a leak and no hot water for a few days, and it was done quickly. Very happy!
The installation went well but they sent the permit later and expected us to schedule the final inspection. The inspection failed so we contacted the office. We were told that they would call us in 7-10 days. It has been 4 weeks now with no return call. We have made attempts to call back. When placed on hold, we are disconnected. I recommend that you find a contractor who will finish the job, that means through final inspection.

When these two technicians arrived I felt like two angels had arrived. I had only partially been quoted on the price of a new water heater and Kevin very gently and kindly went over everything with me to soften the blow. However, more than there professionalism and doing a fantastic job of installation oh, they took the time to explain everything to me that was necessary for the new product and for the city permit and what I had to do. Both gentlemen ---- and they both were gentleman ---kinder, skilled, efficient technicians I've never met
I had a GREAT experience putting in my new sink, water faucet, and garbage disposal with Shane Larkin from FAST Water Heater Co. Orange County. He called 30 min before arrival and was here when he said he would be. Put everything together in 1/2 the time he thought it would take. Cleaned up the mess afterward. My new sink faucet and garbage disposal work great!! I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!! Thank you again Shane!!

After many calls to other companies they were the only ones to work to get someone out right away since we had to turn off the water to the house. They were fast, professional, reasonably priced and had knowledge of required permits for our city. I would definitely recommend them!

My hot water heater died so I went to Home Depot to look at a new one. Gave them my info and got a text message from fast water heatcalled them after hours and left a message. They called me the next morning. To make this long story short, my wife and I are very satisfied with our new heater. Thank you Home Depot, Dean the installer and Rheem.
My water heater started to leak so I called Home Depot. They sent out Fast Water Heater Company to give me a quote. Alejandro showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. He gave me multiple quotes for me to choose from. Once I choose my water heater he began the take down and installation of the water heaters. I was amazed at how fast and efficiently he worked. My water and gas connections had to be replaced since they were over 40 years old! After a couple of hours it the installation was complete and I couldn't be happier! THANK YOU Alejandro. He is very patient and detail to explain to me what needs to be done and what are my available options to get those done in order to meet current building code requirements and pass city permit inspection. Fast Water Heater and their technician, Steve Bryant, did a great job!! A previous company had tried to talk us into a purchase we did not need. Steve explained the possible sources of the water heating problem, then was able to narrow it down to the one problem, which was a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. Steve was very knowledgeable. He explained very well about my options. He also made some recommendations, which were very helpful. The water heater that we originally ordered was a little bigger than what we have now. He suggested switching to a little smaller but almost equivalent capacity to the original water heater. We were able to save some money.

Dustin Dean arrived believing they could replace my water heater with a standard 50 gal tank based on the info I had provided. It turned out that do to the original installation that the job required a different tank and installation. With no pressure, Dustin covered all my options and since it is not an emergency for me have me sometime to think about all the alternatives. Truly appreciated the service and advice. I had a 30 year old leaking hot water heater with a huge buildup of sediment in the tank that needed to be replaced. I went to the Home Depot's website and requested information for a new hot water heater. I received a call the next morning from Fast Water Heater to review what I needed. They were very responsive and listened to my questions and situation over the phone. They put together a preliminary quote and set up an on site inspection to help me bring my hot water heater up to code that same weekend. The Plumber came to my home earlier within the arranged time slot set for my appointment. The Plumber was able to remove and replace my water heater and upgrade all the systems that were not code compliant quickly, including exhaust vent. This was a 30 year old system, 1987 Craftmaster Galaxie Water Heater, so everything needed work, from the gas valve, to the water shutoff valve. The service was done quickly and high quality parts were used. The Plumber was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was also friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. He kept the work area clean and even cleaned up the old debris behind my old water heater that I couldn't reach for the last 5 years. My new system is now more energy efficient and Super low NOx. Fast Water Heater even put in new insulation on the pipes and added drain lines for the new pan and pressure valve. I had a great experience with Fast Water Heater and highly recommend their services.

Shane Larkin from Fast Water Heater Company is awesome! He was assigned to do our kitchen water disconnect and reconnect through Home Depot. He was very professional and was able to work around another issue we were having with our water shut off valve. He was very polite and also very patient in explaining what needed to be done. He's definitely going to be our go-to person in case we'll need any of their services and would recommend him and this company to our friends and family.

If we had tried to do it ourselves would have had to go get the permit and would have been running back and forth from Home Depot all day to get all the parts we would not have known we needed. And goodness knows if we would have passed inspection. But with Kevin at Fast Water Heater Company we have no worries.
My experience with Fast was excellent. Customer Service (Kaitlyn) problem solved for me and quickly scheduled the installation. The technician, Kevin, was on time, efficient and a good guy. One heads up...there seems to be a disconnect between Home Depot and their installer, Fast, relative to the actual purchase of the water heater. The Home Depot associates need to be trained up on the process.
