We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! I called another plumber at first, they were horrible and way too expensive. These guys, omg. No issues, came in looked at it, told me what the issue was and what it’s gonna cost (which was ridiculously cheaper than the other plumber), fixed it, sent me a picture of it, and they we’re gone. I’m extremely happy.

Scotty had never serviced our plumbing before - he did an outstanding job! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a list including unclogging the kitchen sink, checking the slow drain in the shower and repairing two faucets that were leaking. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he had completed and what he would work on next. He wore his facemask the entire time, which we especially appreciated. We have used All Complete Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for many, many years now and highly recommend the entire team!

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

Frank is a good plumber, knows the business. Came out on Saturday to replace a water heater in my attic. The supply house wasn't open so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one but he offered to pick it up for me.

Jason is awesome!! He has helped us out with a few different projects since buying our house and it has been a great comfort having him do the work needed. He is very professional, punctual, and has super fair prices. I ended up calling Jason after I received a huge quote from a big name company in Denver that just seemed exorbitant. Jason thought so too and did the work needed for a price that just made sense - and did the work RIGHT. He isn't out to nickel-and-dime you, only to do the work needed properly. He is our go-to guy for the house now. I highly recommend him :)

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.
