We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning when our shower wouldn’t turn off. We had to turn off the main valve, leaving us without use of any water. This was inconvenient and bad timing on the weekend. We called ARC as new clients. Rich (owner) not only answered the phone but sent a plumber within minutes. Noah was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem quickly, went to Home Depot to pick up the part needed, changed it out and wallah- fixed our shower! Calling ARC for our plumbing needs was the best decision- professional, available and knowledgeable. We highly recommend ARC and will use them for our plumbing, HVAC, electrical problems in the future- they do it all!

Priority was able to come in on pretty short notice to install shower valves, vanity sinks, toilets, dishwashers, gas ranges and water heaters at a Triplex property in Minneapolis. They were punctual, professional, friendly guys; and the pricing structure of their quote for the work was clearly laid out and fairly priced. They also had licensing for both plumbing and mechanical: so were able to do the install on the gas range which saved me some time in finding an additional contractor.

Called several handyman and repair services, he was the only one that called back. He was on time and prices were fair overall. During the process I changed a few things and he accommodated me without hesitations. I needed several wall outlets updated and a few light fixtures removed and changed. After I've seen his work, ,I added a couple more projects and he finished them all in a timely manner. I do see myself hiring him again.

Dave installed my bathtub and did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and thoroughly; he is clearly very experienced. Dave is professional and has a fun personality. He will be the first call anytime I need help with plumbing!

It looked like a leak with my water main. contacted and they had plumber out within an hour to give estimate, this wasn't even emergency service. Grayson and his assistant were great, they were able to troubleshoot and determine it was our neighbors irrigation valve leaking. They didn't even charge me for their time, I will never call anyone else if I need plumbing services in the future. Thank you!

This guy right here (Oscar) is amaaazing! He’s professional, and knowledgeable ~ on point with his diagnosis, definitely not money hungry, and gave me a brief lesson on the best way to care for my septic tank. I called Oscar after after having major back flows at my place of businesses, he responded right away and on time. Mmmm, he didn’t chastised me for running late. My daughter was the poc while I was in transit. I ran into delay and He had to report to another job. I was terribly disappointed to not to have met him but I’m not worried because he’s booked with me for my future plumbing disasters. May your business and staff be blessed as you bless others.
