Sammy installed new vinyl tiles in our kitchen and laundry room. Did a great job: cut all the tiles precisely, leveled out the floor, and made seamless transitions to the other flooring! Would 100% recommend!10/10
Called several handyman and repair services, he was the only one that called back. He was on time and prices were fair overall. During the process I changed a few things and he accommodated me without hesitations. I needed several wall outlets updated and a few light fixtures removed and changed. After I've seen his work, ,I added a couple more projects and he finished them all in a timely manner. I do see myself hiring him again.
We could’nt be happier with the work that Cal heights did, and we highly recommend them. Sammy was our contractor and he was quick, clean, and did beautiful work building us a fence. I showed him photos of want I’d wanted, and he was thorough to ask me questions throughout the build to insure i was getting exactly what I wanted and I did! He was also kind with my kids who wanted to “help”, and his prices were very good! We will definitely have him back for more work in the future!

A microwave that was custom installed in our kitchen cabinets failed and had to be replaced. It was tricky because a new microwave had to be purchased WITH an install kit to fit in the same space as the previous microwave. Sammy was able to install the new microwave in the same space and it looks perfect. The install was flawless. While he was here I had him adjust our kitchen cabinet door hinges so they would close properly. Again, he did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the plumbing work for the kitchen sink! He installed a garbage disposal, fixed a leak, cleaned out the mess and left everything better than what I expected. He installed a new filter under the sink and water line to the fridge. He was very thorough and didn’t cut corners. Very affordable and not pricey!
Sammy at Cal Heights Construction is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and he explains everything and communicates and gets back to you right away. Sammy is prompt and does beautiful work. I had him put in two new faucets in our guest bathroom. They look beautiful and work great. I am so happy! I am going to have him come back to fix a few more things in our home soon.
