After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

I have used Don-Co Plumbing for several years. I have always been happy with their work and they are very professional. Recently used them to have ONG turn our gas on. They did the pressure test, called the inspector and sent the documents to ONG quickly. The lady that answers the phone calls is very kind and professional. Will continue to use them!

Danny Harper arrived to change out my kitchen faucet. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He was very thorough in his job and cleaned up afterward. I called Tipton's plumbing after having a bad experience with another plumber. They were very responsive and set an appointment for the next morning. When I called them the next day, I was told that they wanted to send out the most experienced plumber for my tankless water heater. Later, Zack called me and told me that the plumber he wanted me to have was still on another job and it would be Monday before he could get to me. After approving the change in plans, come Monday morning the phone rang at 8:01 to let me know that Luis was on his way. Luis was very professional and diagnosed the problems with my heater quickly and said repairs would coat more than a new one.(We had expected that). He went and got the unit , installed it, cleaned up after himself explained the system and left. It was a smooth and painless call. We appreciate Tipton for sending us the best person for our needs and keeping us updated on what was going on.

I've hired Rucker for a few things, two of which are replacing a breaker box and finding and repairing a gas leak. Each time, the people from Rucker have been professional, on time, friendly, and have done an excellent job.

Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.
