Mr. David did an amazing job. He got our sewer line rerouted, installed, and going the same day. Kelly's plumbing was literally a answered prayer. We had several plumbers come out before finding Kelly's plumbing and they took weeks to give me a quote. But, Mr. David was fast as lighting and got it done. We are beyond happy. We highly recommend .

Plumber has visited the house three times, all with the same result. Has no communication skills. When I open the door, he just walks in without introducing himself. I still don't know his name. He unclogged the sink and left while I was still talking to him. He is very rude.

Called in and the David came out on Thursday to fix our drain in the garage. Paid him, he left. We ran a load of laundry and realized the drain was still over flowing. Called, left a message, never heard back. Called again Friday morning, spoke with David, told him the issue, he said he would be out later that day. Haven’t heard from him since. Today is Monday, and I’m out $125 and I still can’t do laundry.

David returns calls and showed up when he said he would. Polite, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. A real pro.

So, my sinks were gurgling and starting to back up after I flush. I contacted David and he came out and spent 30 minutes walking around the house and checking the flow. He found a Studor valve that needed to be replaced and did not charge me a penny.

So, they came out, found out the leak was under the house. well have to come back next week to fix it. Week 2, fatso says he can't get under the house because the crawlspace is too small and there might be snakes so he says I better call my house insurance be they'll have to cut the kitchen floor out, looks like a big deal..... Call another plumber and he came out the next day and crawled under there. All it was, was a broken water T for the refrigerator, took him 20 minutes to solder a new one in. Kelly's is a rip off and they're lazy.

David gave an estimate and explained what needed to be repaired. He made the repairs and left the yard in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company.

8AM, looked at problem faucet. said was going for parts, and after 6 hours and several phone calls with no response, I called another plumber. I would recommend you AVOID this plumber if you value your time.

I was impressed by how fast he got here and how reasonable the price was.
Fixed three things in less than 40 minutes.
I would definitely recommend.

I don't know what their service is like because they wouldn't answer their phone or return my messages for four days in a row. Same with RDS Plumbing.
