Called them bc of a clogged bathroom sink and got the service within an hour. Amazing service, Kevin was amazing and was knowledgeable on the issue. Cleaned the pipe, and tested everything. Finished under 2 hours. Would highly recommend them for any future services!

I bought a fixer upper in Seattle that required significant repairs. I got a few quotes for some projects from plumbers in the area and NO ONE was as nice, professional and respectful as Zach and the team at Knockout. Ty's solution to my service line leak was the most elegant. His idea: instead of boring a hole 40' across your property, how about we come in through the garage and run the waterline parallel to your gas line. This solution: A) did not require breaking up a section of 100-year-old sidewalk next to my house that would be replaced with shiny new concrete; B) would not block the public sidewalk with a large boring machine; C) would not bury the line under a concrete driveway and up to 6' of dirt, which means that in the unlikely event it leaks again I might at least see puddle (there was no visible sign that 36,000 gallons of water dumped on my property over a 2 month period, average usage is 6,300); and, last but not least, D) was $2000 cheaper than the other two bids that wanted to use boring equipment to run the new line next to the old leaking line. Ty himself earns 5 stars for thinking outside the box! Not to mention that he managed to coordinate completing the work the day after I accepted his bid. Kudos also goes to John and Gabe on the work crew for executing the project efficiently and engaging me to address decisions that needed to be made along the way. After the excavated soil levels out, there will be no sign that I had a service waterline leak. Elegant solution and excellent execution.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

Keith has done several jobs for us and he is very good and super fair with his prices. I always recommend him and now my friends use him too. Only down side is that he seems busier now to work us in.

A Fare Day Plumbing came out to check on our thermostat and air temperature a few weeks after installing a new unit. Walked us through some settings and explained when and why we should change them from time to time. Adjusted a water flow issue and explained process along the way. Great customer service.

This guys are very unprofessional and set up appointments with me twice and both times never show up and no explanation and no response. Acts like someone that dishonest type of ppl that there to take money and take off and would respond. Waist of time.

Our home warranty company sent them out to clear out a clog. The technician that arrived did not smile or act like he wanted to be there. He also obviously had a very bad cold because he kept coughing and was very congested. He also didnt bring any towels to soak up water from taking my pipes apart so I gave him bath towels which I had to wash later! After trying the 40' snake twice accessing the pipe coming out from the wall under the kitchen sink he said his snake wasn't long enough and the warranty company would have to transfer this case to another plumber that could accomodate a longer snake. However after speaking with the warranty company they said that he told them that we needed a clean out installed! He never mentioned that when he was at my house or I would have shown him where the clean outs are. In Washington its required by law to have a cleanout. So the warranty company denied my claim! I kept calling them and telling them that he lied and that we already had a clean out. So then they sent out a second opinion plumber from another company and he was able to clear the clog with the same length of snake in under 5 minutes WITHOUT using the cleanout. He also went through the sink drain so that he could run hot water while snaking to clean out the pipes. Not only did he do that he was super friendly and not spreading his germs everywhere!

They brought my outlets up to date and it was really lots of fun and I had a great time 🙂

I had a pipe burst in my master bathroom. I called on a Sunday and norm was out on 30 minutes and had the pipe Fixed in 20minutes. They were quick clean and super friendly. Thanks guys you saved my bathroom

Be sure to get the invoice before they leave. I made the mistake of not doing this, and then when it arrived 2 weeks later, it was for double the time they were at my house and double the parts they replaced. When we tried to contact them thinking it was a mistake, we got the runaround for weeks and they refused to address the issue. It's a shame because they solved our problem quickly, did great work, and were professional.
