No complicated quote sheets that take a week to arrive or being put on hold, NW Sewer are there on the spot and Ed personally makes sure the job is done right. Having dealt with a number of West Seattle providers, I can honestly say that Ed and his team are head and shoulders above the rest.

Needed a defective shut off valve replaced. Responded quickly, replaced the valve and when there was still a leak, came over immediately and identified the new supply line he installed was defective. Replaced that and we were good to go.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and they are amazing! My most recent experience was especially awesome as I was lucky enough to get Robert. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he tried to first fix the faucet but found out that the problem couldn't be fixed and the faucet had to be replaced. He left to get a new faucet and came back 40 minutes later with the exact faucet I wanted. He was super pleasant and funny and did the install quickly. Robert was awesome and I will definitely request him if/when my next plumbing issue arises!
