I posted on the Saginaw page looking for a good plumber, both showers were not working. Adam Robert’s sent me a message and asked how he can help? I asked about himself and company, he said he was a plumber and his business was Mainline Plumbing, so I googled him and his company. Saw positive reviews, so we set an appointment for the following Friday. I was able to move a couple things around and reached out to see if he could come Thursday instead, btw it was Thursday morning. He called and said he could do Thursday afternoon. Showed up on time, diagnosed both problems and before he left both showers were working. Great job @ a fair price, I will be calling Mainline Plumbing next time I need a plumber..Thanks again Mr.Adam Roberts..

Thee 1st shower drain was crooked and they plugged the weep holes. I told them not to plug the weep holes and neither one of them knew what the weep holes are.

Jimmy knew exactly what he was doing. He knew what parts to get and how to do the repair very efficiently. He's very experienced and good at communicating what the problem is.

I had a clogged washbasin that was causing numerous issues, but the plumbing company cleared it quickly and effectively. They were courteous and professional.

Alik installed a custom Turkish stone sink for our half bath. It was a difficult installation because it had to be mounted with brackets inside the wall. His work was amazing. He was on time, fair, and above all, his workmanship was the best I’ve seen. Definitely will be the only service I use as well as passing on his info to our friends and family.

Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Local Plumbers
called me and explained why his team wasn't able to come out as scheduled.
Local Plumbers made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word.
Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Local Plumbers for rectifying the situation

If you really don't want the problem fixed they're great.No communication. Forced to use them thru Home warranty company. Missed their first appointment no call / no show. Than came didn't fix problem and left. Had to recall. Came again said need part will get overnight and call you . 2 weeks later no one returns calls. Answering service or front desk can't remember what they told us. Won't put anyone on phone who can help. Worst customer service we've had in metroplex.

trash. bought a new construction house in October 2018, glg plumbing did the water works. come home to a flooded kitchen today (11/4/2020), call them and they get back to me saying its out of warranty and i better call someone else. oh ok, i was trying to give you a redemption on YOUR poor assembly! HA
