The entire Blaize team was incredibly professional, smart, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked to find and repair the leak with absolute minimum disruption to the house. We were impressed by their problem solving, diligence and excellent communication.

We highly recommend Pro Fix Plumbing- they are a GREAT company. I called to report a water leak we discovered at our office and they were very responsive and helpful. I reached out on a Wednesday after 6PM and got an immediate response. I was able to schedule a service visit the next day between12-2pm and Caleb with Pro Fix arrived promptly at 12:30PM. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer my questions and explain each available option before offering his recommendation of the most effective and economical solution. He quoted us a very fair price and performed the job quickly and quietly. His work was high quality and he left the restroom cleaner than how he found it.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Odis and his staff are truly the best! They do what they say and are totally honest with their pricing. I completely trusted them in my home and left a key for them on several occasions. I had a main water line put in along with a new code compliant sprinkler system. Odis is the owner but has no problem grabbing a shovel and jumping into a ditch to get the job done.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. He even came back this morning to check on us! You have a stellar employee there. Please thank him for us.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Don is a great plumber. He was able come in, diagnose the problem, and let us know what the repairs were going to cost. While he was here, he even took to time to talk with my dad about life in general, but still got everything done with in two hours. I call these guys with a major water leak problem and they came out and within the hour just like they said.He had me fixed up in no time and quoted me $200 and that's what they charge me I was very impressed I would definitely recommend these guys.

Charged me; $300 didn't fix anything. Ended up needed a new water heater. I could have just saved the $300 and applied it to that. They just charged me the service trip. Lied and said they fixed it but didn't.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
