Best Water Leak Issue in Arlington TX

Quincy and Xavier were extremely professional and thorough.

Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

I am a mother with three kids in the car. One of them is 4 months old. This man ran me off the road trying keep me from merging onto the freeway from the oncoming ramp. Scariest driving moment of my life.

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

As usual they did an outstanding job. I used KMP to perform yearly flushing of my Tankless Hot Water Heaters. TJ our technician arrived on time he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that the job entailed so that I understood what was being done. He made sure that the area where he was working was clean and put back together the way that he found it. I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

With an emergency under-sink leak in my kitchen earlier this week, I went down the list of Arlington-area plumbers on Google, calling each one, and being turned down by each for same-day service. Then I reached Best Value Plumbing and Master Plumber John Thatcher. John, who was already busy with other jobs, MADE time to come out and take care of my problem. He has been out twice now, even fixing a couple of problems he didn't even charge me for. He has been totally accommodating to my schedule, and he did the required faucet replacement in a timely, thorough, professional manner - and at a reasonable price.

John is a dependable, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done-right professional who takes and returns phone calls, and who shows up when he says he's going to and does what he says he's going to do. Those traits are hard to find in contractors of any kind these days.

The service was great, the price was better. I called for a bid on my project and Oasis Plumbing came out gave me a bid I had already taken several bids when they gave me their bid. Their bid was about the same as the others, but, wait they give Veterans and a Police officers discount that made it above all the rest by almost half the bid. Oasis not only finished my project in a timely manner and professionally installed. I GOT MORE my installation required that the city inspect the work and when I had issues with the city to come out and inspect Oasis went to the city and fixed my problem. That is what I call full service. Thank you, Oasis plumbing, for caring about us veterans.

This company was awesome!!!
I called at 8pm with an emergency and the owner of the company answers the phone while at dinner with him family. At 840pm he arrives and fixed my leak with a very affordable price . I even try to pay over the asking price for coming quickly at night and for pulling him away from his family and he would not hear of it. He finished by 9pm and i was able to get to bed at a good time. I will definitely be calling him when we get a new hot water heater since mine is old and getting wear out.

I had Casey repair my garbage disposal and he did an absolutely stellar job. In and out, polite and very professional. Great Job 👍 👌 👍 👌

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
