Sean and Eli came out today and did a sewage leak detection. They were super professional and courteous. They walked me through the whole process and kept me informed of what they were seeing every step of the way. They made a stressful situation much more palatable. Honest and fair. Would highly recommend ABC for any plumbing needs.

I was given a quote of $2300 to repair my A/C and pressured to commit to it at that moment. The unit is less than 2 years old. Also, when given the bill for the service call, on top of the $89.95 that I expected to pay, there was another $33 charge. I questioned that and it was explained to me. I asked What did you do? Nothing had been added to my unit and no additional service had been completed beyond the typical service call. That charge was reluctantly removed. I had T & C come out and Todd replaced the capacitor, which was under warranty, for no charge. I paid to charge up the freon (whatever it's called today) MES could have done that same work for me on the day they came out but instead attempted to steal from me! They would have left me with a brand new condensor and taken mine which was still good. What a bunch of lying crooks!

Jon McGhee was wonderful, he explained my options in detail an and made the differences easy to understand, home ownership can be a pain but, with companies like Milestone, it doesn’t have to be.

Superior service and quality for the money. Just replaced both HVAC systems and upstairs furnaces in our home. I received 5 estimates before hiring Big Bear. Big Bear was the most reasonable and gave us a $600 discount up front because we were replacing both units. Plus, their financing arm offered 3 years at 0% interest. If/when you need to replace your A/C system... I highly recommend that you call Big Bear for an estimate.
