They were able to locate the problem quickly (a cracked sanitary tee) and replace it all within an hour and a half. They communicated during the entire process so I never felt in the dark or surprised by what was happening. The price did not break the bank either! They also helped me find a reputable restoration company to make a same day appointment for later in the afternoon. I am thrilled I chose local and will remain a loyal customer.

Erik was the tech who came out this Sunday , he was awesome , laid out the plan and got to work he had us up and going in no time , very knowledgeable about our problem .

We have been with Metro Energy Savers for many years. Always great service. If there are ever any issues with a unit they installed they will make it right. Today we had Darrol for our technician. He gave us information but didn’t use “pushy upselling” which I really appreciate! He was very professional and did the full inspection. ✔️

A great experience! Oscar was super friendly! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He kept us informed every step of the way and gave us options for the best and most cost-effective repairs. He wore PPE and shoe covers the entire time as well.
