Checking for winter, called before arriving, on time, clean and explained what they did and anything that needed to be done. Did a vey good job.

I tried using them for a faucet replacement but they arrived with an attitude, after rescheduling multiple times within a week. Not once did they apologize and refused to schedule two days out. Nevertheless, upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly rude, he told me screw you after I asked them to wear booties and a mask so that they don't walk in with dirty shoes. I have all of this recorded on video for documentation. My family members and kids heard such disgusting, uncivil, and unacceptable language. It is my home and I have family members that have weak immune systems and allergies and I need to protect them. Instead of respecting my home and accommodating my request, they drove off without fixing anything. I tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Apparently, they don't need the work and can afford to treat their customers with such unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, I am well connected in the community and I will be reporting them to my home warranty company and BBB for their unprofessional, rude, and offensive behavior. Cheers.

Respectful and straight to the point. He didn't try to sweet talk us or sell us what we don't need. We ended up needing a whole new unit, I would definitely use metro again if the need arises. Josue was great.

Hottest summer on record and our AC goes out. We were told a minimum of two weeks and we live in TEXAS!! I was referred to Paschal by another company who was booked to the teeth. The next morning a very polite, professional technician was at our door. He diagnosed our problem, repaired what he could and told us we would hear from the company shortly about the cost and to schedule a return appointment for the installation of the part he didn’t have. I’m gobsmacked! Great company
