Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Per Larry Stinson, the company owner, he uses a computer program that charges the average regional prices for plumbing services. In my case, we just needed to replace a toilet flange in a very small bathroom that had been accidentally attached with silicon when the installer put in the tile floor. She forgot to remove the flange, so it had to be cut out and a new one installed to replace the toilet. Working up his written estimate took the technician, Bubba, almost an hour because he did it through this computer tablet. Then the actual job took less than an hour and was done well. The cost was $1283 for this one hour of work and the cost of the flange. So he charged $1200 for one hour of labor! I thought this way over-priced and it should have cost maybe $600 or so. When I told the technician, I thought the price was very high, the technician said I was trying to “Jew him down”. I thought this was completely unprofessional. Nicole, who installed the floor, was getting paid only $250 because floor is so small (5’x5’), so knowing she had to pay the bill, I asked for a lower price. If I was paying to fix this, I would have gotten much lower quotes as the job was not hard, just cutting out a 3” flange and putting in a 4” one. But Nicole didn’t want to wait, so she paid $1245, as he came down a little. So even though they came on time and the work was good, their pricing and lack of professionalism make me not want to use them again. Bubba also tried to tell me they only provide a 30-day warranty, but then Larry said it would be 1 year.

Their computer pricing program definitely must include data from much higher-priced regions/cities than this market. Please get other local quotes to compare before using Stinson!

P.S. I am editing this review because Larry stated in his response below that Nicole “left a 5-star review”. which is not true. She just told me she has not left any review and considers the matter closed.

James and Jacob performed exceptual work despite very difficult conditions. Winter Storm Elliott arrived the same day work began. In three days they replumbed the entire house, brought all plumbing features up to current building codes fully insulated every line and left me extremely pleased that Dial One Johnson Plumbing was the firm chosen for this project. The cost was very reasonable also.

After months of backups and poor maintenance assistanceI called metro Rooter the only thing I can say is why did I take so long. If you have any plumbing problems or drainage issues give metro-rooter a call and you will not be disappointed.

Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

They install my new water heater, they did a very clean and great job I definitely recommend them, very professional service

AC went out in this 109° temp. Called at 8:00 am next morning and someone was here by 9:30 am. Addressed the problem quickly and professionally. Communicated the issue effectively. We have used them for 3 different jobs now and we have made them our go to company for AC! Great job KMP and thank you.

Accurate Leak was very easy to work with and everything with my situation went as expected. They were friendly and diligent in performing the worked I needed. Hopefully I'm done with plumbing problems for a while but the next time i have an issue I'm calling Accurate.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
