Best Sewer Pipes Repair in Arlington TX

What a great company. These plumbers came out and gave me an estimate to do the repair, when the other plumbers came out they gave me a totally different estimate, and said that they had to break concrete but Leslie at Jose came out and they didn't break any concrete and did the repair, they ran a brand-new line from my wall to the attic to the other side where the pipe was leaking. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Replaced an outdoor faucet on a twisted copper line on a Saturday. Quick and excellent work!

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Called and spoke to Amanda to get us on the schedule for a static test on our sewer lines and pressure test on our water lines. She was very responsive and able to get us service quickly for Metroport Meals On Wheels. Then Brian and Jayden both did the testing. We are thankful they were able to give us good news that our lines are not broken. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use ABC Plumbing in the future.

Direct Source Plumbing was very prompt in returning my call and got me set up for an appointment the very next morning. Wes the technician called me to let me know he was on his way; very polite and professional. He was able to get the corroded bolt off my water heater and replace it and the hose with a new one. It was working in no time! Such a relief to have it fixed without having to replace the whole thing. Definitely recommend this company.

Very speedy and knowledgeable came out fast and knew what they were doing. Answered questions we had and fixed the problem and told us how we could prevent the problem in the future.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
