Best Sewer And Water Line Repair in Arlington TX

This company came out and did absolutely NOTHING except tell me they need a camera that was an hour drive away and charged a trip fee of $175.
They returned the next day and ran the camera down the sewer line and told us we had three leaks in the line from the showers to the main sewer line and a leak in the line under the AC unit in the house. They charged us $375, and gave a quote of $10,000 for the repairs! I decided to get more bids using the information they gave on where the leaks were located. I found another plumbing company to repair the leaks who quoted $4,500! The NEW plumbers began the process of repairing the damaged pipe and only found only 2 leaks in the line from the showers to the main sewer line. The new plumbers began looking for the leak under the AC, and tunneled about 4 feet past the AC looking for the leak, they then ran their camera and low and behold There was NOT A LEAK IN THE SEWER LINE UNDER THE AC.. I PAID 2k more for the repairs then I needed to because I trusted what this company said! In all fairness I will admit I told the second plumbing company there wasn’t a need to run their camera because we already paid to locate the broken pipe.. trying to save the money of having to run the cameras again cost me a lot of freaking money! Be warned.. this comply is a fraud!

He was honest from his first inspection of our plumbing issue, started with low cost trouble shooting vs the exspensive repairs that another plumber had quoted. We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new plumbing part that fixed the problem.KMP Plumbing has been in business many years and it shows with excellent service, knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable service and parts rates. A service guy came out and repaired the pipe, however, did not mention to us that he can not repair the drywall before cutting it. We actually had to stop him when he was leaving to ask if he was going to fix the wall. He responded that he didn’t know how to fix it. So now we’re stuck with the picture. My husband called and called to get a resolution and they did not answer or return phone calls!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
