Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

Myles was great to work with, walking me through winterize our home if we’re out of town. Also, made me aware of practices that could save on repairs.

This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

Shawn came out to my new house and fixed a gas leak for me and did a great job, was super thorough. Then the following week he came out with Daniel and helped me with a washing machine backup issue and installed a water line for my water cooler. Thanks guys, you did a great job!

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I’ve known the family a long time and trust there service, I had a leak in my attic from the water heater pipe. He came and went the extra mile to make sure the leak was fixed and it didn’t start leaking again. He even insulated the pipe for me and everything I will definitely only use these guys for any leak or repair they never disappoint and have the best customer service

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Don’t ever use this company. They totally ripped off my sister. They are commissioned salesmen masquerading as plumbers. They broke her pipes then sold her a bunch of unneeded fixtures just to increase their prices.
