Be careful if you use this company. They charged my credit card $225 more than our agreed to amount. I contacted them several times about it. Each time they said I was correct, they were sorry, and they would refund the overcharge. They never did. You can check out their low BBB rating. They have a low BBB rating for that very reason: They overcharge credit cards.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I won't call anyone else if I don't have to.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

I called this morning and Daryl arrived within an hour. He was very professional and fixed my problem quickly! Can definitely recommend and will use this business again.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.
