We were so pleased to have Dial One to upgrade our HVAC system for a hot Summer ahead. We've been with the for our HVAC and plumbing needs going on 4 1/2 years now. We highly recommend their services.

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

We have used Accurate 3 times and fortunately may never need them again since they have now replaced ALL the plumbing for the house! We had old cast iron pipes and due to age they started breaking and leaking. After our first experience with them we have never called anyone else. They are personable, reasonable, incredibly professional and with the nightmare of plumbing problems, they were always the silver lining. Christian, David and Krissy seem to know us personally any time we called. They worked with us on payments and the 10 year warranty gives us great piece of mind. We love their work and you will too!

I called ABC Plumbing because our water heater started leaking. It was an after hours service call. Scott came out quickly and fixed it. He was very polite and professional and had everything working again in no time. We have used this company before and have always had excellent service.

Michael was very friendly, and seemed to be knowledgeable. I had them come out because one of my showers would not get hot. Turned out to be a diverter valve, which Michael said he could rebuild and cost would be just under $400. I had him proceed with the repair, he said he had the parts on his truck, but turned out he didn't, so he had to go get them. Once he returned, he got to work. About 15 mins later he came out and said that one of the screws in the valve broke while trying to remove it, so he was unable to access the part he needed to get to. It was an old shower valve so I went along with it. The only option now was to replace the entire valve assembly and he would have to go into the wall to complete (all drywall, no tile as he could access from behind). New quote was now nearly $1100. At this point I'm stuck because I need a working shower. Michael goes to the store again to get the new shower faucet/valve, which I checked and is a $59 piece (Home Depot, same part). He was here actually working for about 2 hours and parts were, let's just say $100, so I was apparently charged about $500 per hour in labor. I am not actually sure though, because I can't seem to get an itemized invoice. Just one that says replace shower valve and the cost. Not to mention, I decided to continue to use my existing shower head, and was not left the new one that I paid for. I called the office and spoke to the lady that answers the phone and was told she'll see if she can get Michael to provide the requested items. No response since. He also did zero clean up, there was drywall all over my bathroom and bedroom, and a complete mess left in the bathtub. I have used this company before and was happy with the service, but never again. The only companies that don't give an itemized invoice are ones ripping you off. Very disappointed!! Buyer beware!!!**update** I had another plumbing company out today, (a week later) for a seperate issue. I asked the plumber what they would have charged for this repair, as I showed him what was done since I have not patched the hole in the wall yet. He told me that would have been a $475-500 job for them. When I told him what I was charged, he honestly could not believe someone would charge that much. As for John's response, I never complained about Michael having to go get parts, also I removed all of the shelving in the closet myself, and the part Michael came back with DOES include the valve and trim pieces (see attached). There is nothing that was done in my wall that could possible justify the amount i was charged. Nice try, I stand by my honest review, which is more than I can say for Schrader Plumbing.

When you have no hot water in January and guests staying with you, urgent action is needed. The tankless hot water was not working. The call was answered promptly, dispatch said a technician would be there and that the technician would call before arriving. And that is how it went. Jose called and arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the possible solutions and then called in to get the correct parts lined up. I was expecting 2-3 days and they had it completed by the next day. Very pleased.

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

The technician arrived promptly. He swiftly made the necessary repairs while clearly outlining the issue and the solution. Many thanks!

Last year before we purchased our house in Duncanville, the inspection report showed there was a gas leak. Alpha and Omega Plumbing came recommended from the City and they came out promptly and repaired several leaks within the house. Now we feel safe. Only Master Plumbers can work on gas leaks, and they show their license on their invoice and trucks. I'd use them again on future projects upcoming.

From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and very helpful. Our technician arrived on time and was informative and helpful with everything. He answered all questions I had and everything was clean when he left.

I wrote a review for Deaton Plumbing about three months ago. It was a one star. If possible, I would have given them no stars. My review has now disappeared. I will post again: I had a clogged drain for my washing machine. They sent a man, Chris, who charged nearly $200 to give his opinion that our cast iron drain system had a bad joint. To avoid tearing up our tile floor, he recommended an $8000 fix involving moving the water line for washing machine and moving the drain, digging up the back yard and tying in to sewer system. I called another plumber who cleaned out the drain for less than Deaton's guy charged for his opinion. I will be checking periodically to see that my review is not removed like the first one was.

Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way.

I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made.

It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!

M.Aranda has provided us service twice this year. Their staff was quick and courteous when installing our tankless water and correcting what another company didnt do properly. Most recently, I called them back out to repair a toilet valve that was not stopping the water flow. He was done in 20 mins.

Great service and awesome prices!!! I highly recommend.
