During snow our hot water heater decided to go out. I called and scheduled a day to come out. They sent an email confirmation of the appointment, call before they came and were ON TIME! I didn’t have to sit around waiting all day. The guys that came out explained what they were doing and got me all hooked up. Terrific job and very satisfied!

PS. This is not the first time I’ve used Larry’s Plumbing. Each time we have been satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

We highly recommend KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air. Mike was very thorough and professional, he explained the entire HVAC repair process and answered all our questions. He worked outside in 109 degree temps for several hours cleaning and repairing our unit, NEVER slowed down or complained even once about heat.

We have used Accurate 3 times and fortunately may never need them again since they have now replaced ALL the plumbing for the house! We had old cast iron pipes and due to age they started breaking and leaking. After our first experience with them we have never called anyone else. They are personable, reasonable, incredibly professional and with the nightmare of plumbing problems, they were always the silver lining. Christian, David and Krissy seem to know us personally any time we called. They worked with us on payments and the 10 year warranty gives us great piece of mind. We love their work and you will too!

Daryl and Alex did an excellent job installing our quartz sink, faucet, and garbage disposal on May 15, 2019. Their work and clean up took only 2 hours and 15 minutes and the cost is very reasonable. We are very satisfied customers.

Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

Ben arrived earlier that expected, but started right away even though I wasn't home yet. He and his co-worker accomplished what I needed done in just under an hour. I will definitely use him again. Very professional and courteous.

I chose Horizon because of their good reviews and turns out they’re greatly deserved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My repair ended up being costly (replaced water main), but Jared spent all day trying to find a way around it, and showed me every step and every problem. When the repair was made they did it very quickly and professionally. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and honestly found it very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be a lifelong customer.

I called yesterday to make an appointment to fixed my clogged bathtub. A really nice lady name Shelly answered my call and took down my contact info. She had given me two options for an appt; one for that evening or the following morning. I was quite suprised that she was still willing to service me that evening even though I had contacted them after 5pm. I figured it would be wise to have them to visit the next day just incase they needed to get parts. This morning Michael and Jordan arrived. They were very professional and polite. They took the time out to listen to my requests and Serviced me in a timely fashion. While they were here I'd ask if Michael would look at my washing machine faucet which has been leaking for a while and he fix it too. He also informed me of a leak at the nozzle of my hose that connect to my washing machine. I was glad he brought it to our attention because it was replaced immediately. I really appreciate honest service and that's what I can genuinely say I received today. They were very relatable, the price for service was reasonable and fair. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
