Joe was our technician & he did an excellent job. Our 1 1/2 yr old unit had never worked properly. The installer had come out 6 times to correct the problem but still it was not repaired. After I described the problems we were having, Joe quickly diagnosed the situation, repaired, and now, finally, everything is working properly! Joe was very polite & professional and showed me the defective part while explaining the problem. He tested everything to make sure it was working to our satisfaction before leaving. The service was definitely a good value & I will be recommending Max Mechanical & Joe to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

I needed to get a back flow preventer test for my CO and I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber that came out was very professional but also a people person. He explained to me what he was doing as he laughed and joked. He was proficient and knowledgeable of his assignment.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!
