Gabriel is a lifesaver! Extremely friendly and professional, he was able to come out within 2 hours of my call. He was very clear in describing what he was doing, got me back up and running quickly, and his pricing is MORE than fair. Hopefully I won't have any issue for a LONG while, but if I do he will be the first person I call. HIGHLY recommend!

A big thanks to Craig for his extensive knowledge and experience in addressing all of our plumbing concerns last week. We needed replacing of the garbage disposal and exterior faucet, tankless water heater flush, and checking the a/c drip line. Craig also discover ed a leak in the kitchen faucet hose which I never would have found. He was very efficient and explained things that would be helpful in the future. He is a great asset to the company. We have used Lasiter for years when we lived in Grapevine. We have such great trust in their work that we continue to call them even though we moved further away to Flower Mound.

Always get the job done at a reasonable price. Helped me out by responding quickly when we had a gas leak. Only ones in the area that can work on tankless hot water heaters. Nice people to work with.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

If you are in the Fort Worth and Mid cities area I'd like to recommend Ernies plumbing. They have always been my go to . Polite and courtious. Last week they snake my drains at a fair price. But, alas did not clear it all out. When it started to give me trouble they sent another truck, set it right ... no charge. That my freinds is RELIABLE CHARACTER!

Everytime we call for service they come out to our facility and get the job done. Never had an issue here we need to call them back. Always friendly & professional
