Best Plumbing Problem in Arlington TX

Cory and Joseph did a great job repairing our slab leak. They were on time, did the job quickly and did a great job with clean up after completing the job. I would definitely recommend using them to any friends or family and will definitely call them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

They worked very hard and finally pinpointed the leak. Very satisfied.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Had them quote a plumbing job and they were three times the price of everyone else. Therefore I cannot recommend this company. By the way I chose the lesser price quote from a different company and they did an EXCELLENT job.

Outstanding service! I had a leaky faucet that was driving me crazy. The plumber from this company arrived on time, assessed the problem, and repaired it flawlessly. They were professional, courteous, and left the area clean.

Extremely Satisfied with all masters. After numerous plumbling companies coming out over the past 2 years and not getting my drainline resolved. They sent out Michael and he was straight to the point on what it will take to get the job done. I was so happy someone took the time out to get this repair done and now i have working drain pipes again. BECAREFUL! These people are crooks. Head tech manager-ROGER came to my home. Outside air unit was not turning on. 2 min, he identify lose wire, he twisted the wire that was lose and put the cap back on.. $89 for trip charge and $69 for wire repair.. $69 dollar to twist a wire and put the cap back on. Before the office dispatcher - Monica, told me that trip charge was $89 and any repair would go into that $89.. not so. What they tell you before the call and after the call is 2 different things. He tried to upsell me a new unit for $6.5K and a maintenance plan.. DO yourself a favor... do NOT use these people. $158 total for crook tech to twist a wire. I called around, most companies would only charge the trip charge for such simple work. They wont!

Ben is absolutely AWESOME! He and I have had a working relationship for almost 6 years. I can't speak more highly of him as a person. He is a man of integrity and honesty. If you want someone to do correct work in your house and get it done right, he is your man. He genuinely cares for each one of his customers which you do not find much anymore. I thought I had a sewer leak. But the guys came to the house and checked things out and discovered that the problem is not mine, it is the next door neighbors! They charged next to nothing to check out my pipes and determined they are all working fine.
