Nate came out promptly to auger the kitchen sink pipe. After discovering the grease clog was too much for an auger he called and had a jetter machine sent to my house. They had to attempt 3 different access methods to get the jetter to the correct point in the pipe to work and had to call for a different size jetter machine to finally unclog it. Even with all that extra effort, they still billed me at the original estimate, and did not bill for the auger attempt! Nate was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed throughout the process. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs!

Spoke with a manager, Heather, on the phone. She was so mean and offered NO solutions. My toilet flange was defective and not put on properly. They refused to give me the inspection, refused to come out and look at the toilet, refused to even check my other toilets to see if they were defected. I felt defeated speaking with her because she started yelling at me from the get-go. Their front desk lady was very sweet and polite, however when the manager got on the phone it was a different story. I'm just at a lost for words that customers would be treated like this.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!

When we called for a plumber, we asked that they gut the commode and replace with quality parts, like flow master. When the plumber arrived he had a flow master carton, but the parts clearly didn't fit the opened carton. A couple of months later, we have a commode that self flushes continuously day and night, and that leaks a small bucket full of water weekly. Unfortunately, we can't afford another fix.

We decided to have our entire house replumbed due to age and we wanted to change out any remaining galvanized pipe. Brad was great. He was upfront with costs and expectations.
