Kaleb & Jake came out to help us with some problems we were experiencing in our new home. We are first time home buyers and they both very informative and honest throughout the entire process. Our problem was fixed and addressed very quickly and professionally. I will be recommending this company to everyone for their plumbing needs!

FAST SERVICE!

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

I've used these guys twice just this year. About three months apart. I had roots growing in my toilet pipes. I had other plumbers before them who gave me outrageous quotes, none of them finding the root cause (no pun intended lol) of the problem. They came, took a look at it...fixed it without any issues or me having to buy a new toilet etc the other guys had mentioned....fast forward...three months later I cracked my other bathroom toilet. Switched the appointment on them three times in one day and they still came through. I really appreciated them for accommodating my busy ever changing schedule that day. They come highly recommended in my opinion.

They're hideously expensive and dishonest. Small, fixable problems become replacements and extended contracts. My mother's 9 year old Amana AC unit (still under warranty) was replaced by WHM for close to $10k in 2016 for a repair that should have cost a couple of hundred dollars. I didn't find out until after the fact and was appalled. They're one of those companies we hear about who take advantage of little old ladies on social security. My mother didn't have the ready cash - she's retired. No problem!! They were ready with documents for a third party financing company. SHAMEFUL.
