Update: BEWARE ALL READERS! Two days after service review, I learned Technician Beaudy failed to relight pilot light upon completion of installing T&P Relief Valve on water heater. Discovered water did not heat when attempting to take a shower. Contacted Technician Brian claiming to have more than 20 years plumbing experience who failed to relight pilot. Brian said if pilot light won't stay lit, it is time to replace water heater. A YouTube video quickly identified a common mistake not covered in maintenance instructions when pilot light doesn't stay lit, it requires resetting button on thermal switch. Upon completing this task pilot light and stayed lit. Neither Technician Beaudy, nor Brian despite their combined experience knew how to relight the pilot; a novice repair issue. Makes me wonder if their repeated errors were mistakes or intentional with motive to sell me a new water heater when mine works fine.

Great job for a difficult to troubleshoot air conditioning condensate drain line obstruction. After troubleshooting water heater temperature & pressure relief valve failure and replacing, a pvc new drain line was routed to the floor drain. Upon failed multiple attempts to clear obstruction, Technician Beaudy was successful by attaching a Drain Cleaning Bladder to a garden hose blasting obstruction from drain without creating a mess in the floor. This is the first day in nearly 2 months that I haven't mopped the floor from AC condensate overflow!

After another plumber intentionally covered up a broken sewer pipe in my new construction home, the builder sent Horizon out to tunnel and repair this issues. They have been so communicative, professional, and kind throughout, which is so rare to find today with vendors. Thank you Horizon for taking care of the problem that someone else created and giving me peace of mind over a very stressful situation. I can't speak to cost as this was covered under my first year warranty, but everything else has been the best you could ask for of an honest plumbing vendor.

Had 2 problems at my home. Toilet leaking and shower backing up. Called MD Dutton and they were out the next day. Professional guys, uniforms, and did the work fast. Cleaned up before they left. Everything working perfect. This was easy, fast and efficient. I just recommended them to my neighbor. A 10 out of 10.

The last thing you want to happen after using all your bowls and utensils to make a great meal is for your sink to back up! Unfortunately this morning (Sunday) this happened while cleaning up from the night before. Lucky for us we were able to get Zachary (Zach) from ARS RescueRooter out to diagnose and fix our problem...a blocked drain pipe that was also causing issues with our washing machine drainage.Zach had a look, diagnosed the issue and presented us with two options...then got to work! I work in ac and heating and worked with Michael a few years back. At that time I believed he was an honest plumber. He recently contacted me and let me know he opened his own business. I wanted some work done and he came out the first time and found some issues, so he did the minor work that could be done, but he did find roots had gone through one of my sewer pipes when he was using his plumber cam. He showed me on his ipad when he was putting the cam through the sewer, so I could see what he was talking about. He was able to clear the roots, but then noticed someone had done a cheap repair at some point in the sewer line by replacing a piece of it with pvc by laying it down instead of properly fixing it. I called him again when I recently had water heater problems. I decided to go with a new water heater, so he started the process and it turned out there were a few other issues that could not be seen until putting in the new water heater. He absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do. Watching him and talking to him while he was working only proved what I believed earlier when I worked with him years ago. He has integrity, character, and wants to do a good job. Not only will I continue to use him as I have other jobs that need to get done and will be costly so I would like to get a little more out of debt first, but my mother and sister will also be using him too. If you need a good plumber, then Michelangelo plumbing is the right company to call.

I have used him for other jobs and while he is thorough and does a good job there is a lack of communication and promises to do stuff but does not follow through. I recently had a roof installed and had my water alarm go off in my water heater. He came out that night as I noticed there was water on the line, and he thought it might be a water leak on the water heater. It turned out the roofing company did not install the water heater flue pipe at all and heat from the flue pipe filled the closet causing the condensation on the cold water line. Michael had to turn the gas off to the water heater and after the roofers rectified the problem he came out a day later because it would have been too late for him to come out that day. He came out and made sure everything was ok. My mother had some pictures on her phone when the roof was getting installed. I told Michael I would get together with her, send him the pictures, and he could send the invoice Monday, so when the inspector would come out we could have the pictures, etc to get my money back. The inspector for the city was coming out Tuesday and, even though, Michael said he would have it ready Monday night, it still was not ready Tuesday morning. I had to contact them and told them I needed it that day. Finally, an hour later I received the invoice. I do not know how it is with others, but concerning me, it seemed like there was not a lot of urgency. I had him work on my sewer line under the house and that took about 2 months and I had a lot of dirt sitting on the grass that entire time, so that grass is dead. Some of it was not his fault and other issues came up, but it just seems like there is not a lot of urgency. He is a nice guy and great plumber, but it just a bit stressful until the job was done. I even asked him to give a quote for my mother's water heater. He asked for pictures which I sent, but a week after he promised to give her a quote, she still did not hear from him.

I was in a pinch when my water heater broke. I called up Texas Blessed Plumbing, and they had someone out to my house the next day. It turns out that this company is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with-they were professional, quick, clean, dependable...everything you could hope for from a service provider!

I have used Flat Rate Plumbing for many years. The quality of work is excellent & prices are reasonable.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
