Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Called The Plumbing Service (Brent) number a few times before I got him because he is so busy (but worth it!). Once I reached him in late afternoon, he was professional, set up appointment to come out and look at my slab leak issue that day. Got me an appt with leak locator for next morning who was reputable and fast. Brent worked us into his schedule ASAP, explained the repair options and gave a tentative quote based on info he had at the time. When he opened up the wall, he LOWERED the quote as it was not as bad as he expected. Amazed me as American Leak Detection people quoted a higher price on their initial inspection and when I called in to get their service they changed the price over the phone to add another 2K to the base price. Whereas Brent from The Plumbing Service came in under the quote, kept at the job until it was fixed, a few hours, even though I made a change at the last minute in materials I wanted. I would highly recommend him and intend to use his service as long as he is in business.

** UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW**

I ended up needing to get the Hot Water Heater replaced. It was just too old, and the repair that I insisted on did not work. SERGIO and BRAYDEN came out this morning from ABC Plumbing. They did a fabulous job of installing my new hot water heater! They were quick and very neat. SERGIO explained some things to me that I never knew about hot water heaters. I will never call anyone but ABC Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Thank y'all!

I called ABC Plumbing when the pilot light on my hot water heater decided to not stay lit. They sent Brian Butcher out to make the repair. I was so petrified I was going to have to get a brand new hot water heater, but Brian was able to replace a couple of parts on it, and now it is good as new! Brian was super nice, and I could tell he feels empathy for the customer. It made a big difference that he seemed to care. It was like having a friend come over to help. I will never call another plumbing company. ABC Plumbing is the best!

The plumber assigned to our water problem, Christan Andrew's, did an outstanding job of keeping us informed & the quality of his work was excellent. I will want to use him for future repair projects

Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Throughout the process they were always on time and communicated everything. They went above & beyond and treated us like family. You won’t be disappointed and their work is top quality.

We’ve used Nikki’s company twice. Once for a garbage disposal replacement and a second time for a water softener installation. She came out and looked at what needed to be done and is very professional. Also, super prompt and efficient. Would not hesitate to call them for any home needs!

We had a water heater burst yesterday in our attic. We called Steve Hatcher plumbing to replace it. They did a great job! Even helped set us up with a restoration company to clean up the mess. We highly recommend them!
