Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

Junior Aviles with All Masters Plumbing was here promptly after a call was made and he made us feel like everything was going to be o.k. He also explained about financing for the work that had to be done and replacing the hot water tank.

I recently had a clogged toilet that caused linkage from upstairs bathroom, through my downstairs ceiling onto the floor. So basically I had backed up pipes that were leaking. So I called Ernies. It was a rather fast arrival and the employee unclogged my toilet within minutes. He was literally here for about 15 min. He used one tool to unclog it but didn't have to take the overall toilet apart... I was charged 105$ for a 15 min. Job....... I really feel like I was over charged.. I gave three stars for quick arrival and fixing the issue.REPLY TO OWNER: No need to be disrespectful and point out a minor error. I am sure you are familiar with customer service skills as well. Again, this was my opinion on the price I was charged, and again I still believe I was overcharged.
