After calling around 4 different places I called texas slab leak repair and couldn't of been happier the bid it and the bid is guaranteed for three years they were on time very professional I would recommend them to anybody honestly plumbers are so blahhh but these guys really set the bar thanks again

Showed up on time, did the job quickly, and no surprises.

Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! We will definitely use this company for future needs, I highly recommend them!

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers can't guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so that's also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

Update: No 24hr emergency service. They replaced a cracked pipe (on a Friday around 6pm), 23 hours later that pipe cracked, but it was just after 5pm on a Saturday so no one was answering the phone or returning messages. Found a round-about way to get ahold of someone, no one could come out until Sunday, no time given. It was Sunday afternoon we gave up and asked for a refund (they did refund our almost $700 repair fee which is why there are 2 stars instead of 1, the poor guy we called also answered his phone each time, so that was appreciated). Our uncle (who works during the week, has a family to care for and lives over an hour away) came out and replaced the cracked pipe Sunday evening, so we wouldn't have to go without running water for a second night.

First use: Wes came out and ended up recommending a landscape/irrigation company to try to save us some money. Good customer service, free estimate!

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.

$5000? What a joke.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
