With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

Had a flood that affected upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and laundry room. RR came out promptly, informed us thoroughly, and took care of our home with everything cleared and ready within a couple days. Dustin (Lead Water Restoration Technician) is the man! He knows his stuff so well and handled the bulk of the water restoration process. He also knows the inside and out of the financial aspect and helped us talk to our insurance company to decide the best way to pay. (Insurance company didn’t even know some stuff was covered, but he did.)Happy our water damage is reversed and our home is a-ok! Thanks, RR!(P.S. I’ve always loved the company’s jingle, but that’s goes without saying.) :)

Alex Faulconer!! This man needs to be recognized on a daily basis for, not only customer service and friendliness but his knowledge on the whole operation of, well pretty much everything. He not only took the time to look over everything that has to do with our AC system, broke down what was going on to us but also took the time to make a video to make it even more helpful on understanding what’s going on with our AC in our whole attic and house! To say he was so helpful is an understatement! He is why we’ll be looking forward to working with milestone in the future.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.
