Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

Henry M. Came out to locate a major leak in the front pasture. He did a lot of hand digging before calling for a small backhoe. The water line was surprisingly deep in my opinion. I would highly recommend him again as he kept me apprised of any prices and the need for the small backhoe because the leak was proving very hard to locate.The pipe leak was a worthy opponent that finally was overcome with Henry’s persistence. He was the consummate professional and the backhoe operator was up to the task as they had to work near a fiber optic line and did not damage it.I would recommend Henry and KMP again also Rachel and the other girls kept us apprised of times for the service. I first used Fischer & Boone when I had a pipe burst under my Fort Worth 1940 home back in August 2015. I was a new home owner, having just purchased the place in April. While some plumbers did suggest they could fix the old galvanized steel pipe, the writing on the wall was full replacement would be necessary.
Fischer & Boone were direct in saying what was needed to be done and the cost. While others night be able to patch things cheaper, that would put stress on the rest of the system and future issues may arise. It wasn't something I as a 24 year old new homeowner may have wanted, but the full replacement to PEX piping was what was needed for the then 85 year old home.

Since then, I have used Fischer & Boone for a water heater replacement in 2018 after
returning from a deployment, and most recently a leak fix at the water meter box where there was a small leak. They have always been quick in response, professional in their work, and reasonable and direct in their cost. They didn't try to direct me to perhaps additional unnecessary work, and I appreciated that as a then new homeowner and now a bit more seasoned one.

We just moved in our new home and unfortunately every waterline in our house was backing up. Called Roto-Rooter about 8:30 and they were out at 11 that morning. The plumber was professional and worked for hours to get out lines clear. Unfortunately it took them awhile but they were persistent to make sure every line was fixed. My washing machine line kept backing up and overflowing in my laundry room. The plumber mopped and cleaned it every time. (I’m 8 months pregnant or I would have done it) My water heater also went out and the plumber was able to get it going again. I’m so glad I called them! They are true experts and first class professionals!

David is always to my rescue, I live in an older home in North Arlington with old cast iron pipes that have channel rot. I haven’t been able to get to a point where I can replace the plumbing yet. I was having constant issues, he came in and took a look around and told me to switch out my toilets. I went from having problems once every 3 months to once a year! He just installed a clean out so we don’t have to keep pulling toilets to snake the drains….. they did an amazing job! Doesn’t even look like they had to dig out the front of the house to install it! I always admire his sense of humor when I’m usually not happy I have to call him AGAIN!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
