Had kitchen sink clog “fixed” by competitor with suspiciously similar name last month. Obviously not fixed, had Roto-Rooter come and it is actually fixed this time - same day, good communication, uniformed worker, upfront estimate was the cost for fixing. Completely satisfied.

Austin came quick and found the problem (broken pipes) and offered us reasonably priced options. We appreciated him giving us the space to talk about our options and make a plan to move forward.
