I needed to get a back flow preventer test for my CO and I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber that came out was very professional but also a people person. He explained to me what he was doing as he laughed and joked. He was proficient and knowledgeable of his assignment.

Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. 02/04/2022Had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather. Called All masters late in the afternoon after the leak was found. Originally given a work date of 02/05/2022. No problem I knew it was kinda late in the day to get someone out with scheduling so Saturday would have been no problem. Got a call and text updating they could come out today between 6-10pm. I said good lets go for it. Technician showed up around 7:30. Dan was quick and fixed the problem with in about 1 1/2hrs after arrival. Very happy and I once again have running water.

My washer was backing up in the wall. They came out the next morning and got the problem taken care of super quick! It's the second time we have used their services and now we have them plugged into our service repair speed dial. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Beaudy and his apprentice did a great job . They gave us many options, explained what they thought was causing the clog, and completed the job quite well. They were professional and courteous.

Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
