Best Hvac System Repairs in Arlington TX

Called them about replacing my A/C, they quoted me and began looking for the replacement, but never called me back. Then when I called back they said they couldn't find one. Couldn't be bothered to let me know. Asked them for potential alternate solutions. Was told again they would call me back. Guess whether or not THAT happened. Horribly unresponsive company. Not recommended.

Waymon did a great job. He offered me the opportunity to install an air purifier, which I had been considering for some time. He explained the advantages and the installation process. He even took a picture of it after installing it. I am very pleased with the service.

This place totally does a great job! If your A/C needs fixing, these guys are great and they're QUICK! Monica was super helpful on the phone and helped me figure out what my problems were, and then sent a teach right over to get it fixed. Highly recommend!

Fast, efficient, and friendly!!!

WORST!!!! I paid $100 for a salesman to come out to my house and try and sell me a 11k+ new unit. I was told for $1500 I could “bandaid” my ac unit, and that he took pictures and put a description of exactly what needed to be fixed. The pictures were blurry and not of anything helpful!!! I then replaced all the parts mentioned on the invoice and it did not fix the unit! They either are VERY DISHONEST or don’t have a clue what they are doing. They also said they would be by in the afternoon, I called at 5:30pm and they said they were still coming out but weren’t going to let me know!!! They showed up at 9pm and I paid $100 for them being here for 5 mins and didn’t do anything.I had another guy come and repair the unit for $175. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!!! Unless you just want to be sold a new unit.I would love a refund.

ARS Rescue Rooter, Plumber, Robert Juliano came to our rescue and fixed a problem that we’ve been dealing with for 13 years. In less than an hour our plumbing problem was corrected and the cost was very reasonable. Mr Juliano was very courteous and he knows his stuff. They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
