Best Hour Emergency in Arlington TX

They use to be really good. I used them for HVAC service for the last 5 years. In fact they installed 2 new HVAC units in my home. But something changed recently. They don’t follow up. Don’t return phone calls and really aren’t the good service business they use to be. If you used them in the past, you’ll be very disappointed.Tim, thanks for reaching out. Don't look elsewhere; AAA is the best local business. In a sense, they saved my house. My family lost access to water after a different plumber couldn't complete a repair. We had to cut off the water main till the repairs were completed. We received a prompt callback from AAA, who moved us up on their schedule, completed the repair, and turned on the water the next day.

We’ve used these guys several times now and they are fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. They were quick to help us with a water main break and saved the weekend for us. They were also quick to help with a pipe break this last freeze, and literally saved Christmas at our house that day because of their responsiveness. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond this week to quickly resolve a minor issue we were facing!

Annual he maintenance and plumbing inspection. All completed very well.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
