Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!

They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.

Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!

This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

My wife and I own several rental properties in Fort Worth. We use Fischer and Boone exclusively and have for several years. We use them for repairs as well as helping us to remodel units. I could not be more pleased with them. They are honest, fairly priced, punctual and just do a good job. We love finding contractors we can be loyal to and this is one of them. Chuck Allen

If there were any way to add MORE stars than 5 stars on this review I would! These guys are solid gold! They fixed a problem that 3 other plumbing companies weren't able to fix within an hour! Two weeks of worry and hassle with other companies could have been reduced had we started with M2 in the beginning!

During the summer I hired, at considerable expense, an irrigation company and a local plumbing company to check for leaks that might be causing, what I believed to be, excessive water bills, considering my small household size. Both companies said they could not detect a leak. However, water bills continued to increase each month. I contacted another local plumbing company regarding the problem. They agreed that they could determine if there were a leak and repair it, but the cost would be approximately $500 just to locate the leak, and repairing the leak would cost extra, and would be charged by the hour. It would also be several days before I could get an appointment. I then contacted Made's Plumbing for an appointment based on the many positive reviews on their website. The owner, Ben, explained to me on the phone what would be done and gave me a flat rate for his company to do the work. I agreed to use them. He gave me a timeframe for when he could come the next day. The next day he arrived a few minutes after the stated time but had called ahead to let me know why and when he would arrive. Once he and his Technician arrived, they began the assessment and work immediately. Even though they had to dig up a large shrub to get to the problem, the amount quoted remained the same. Throughout the process, he communicated to me his findings, showed me where the problem was, and what he needed to do to correct the problem. I was especially impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, patience and willingness to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. In making the repairs he also voluntarily installed a shut-off valve in the repair area to make it easier for me to turn the water off if necessary, without it having
to be turned off at the meter. They also made sure that the area was cleaned up afterwards, and made other suggestions regarding the planting of future shrubs in the area of the valves. I plan to use this company for plumbing needs in the future, not only because I believe he did good work that was reasonably priced, but, in my opinion, it is so rare these days to hire someone with his level of expertise, who is also honest and has a good work ethic.
