He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

They saved me from a horrible situation! I had used liquid drain and was about to purchase a snake when I decided that I needed expert help with my 2 backed up sinks. I'm a professional baker and was extremely busy during the holidays. They arrived within 30 minutes after 6pm, fixed the issue and I was back to baking in less than 2 hours! As a handyman and a homeowner I have come across many plumbers. I have been shocked by many outrageous prices and poor workmanship, and had just decided that plumbers were incredibly expensive and unreliable.

I recently was in need of a plumber in my own home and contacted DNA plumbing. Jerrod was very quick to arrive at my home and I felt no judgment or ridicule from Jerrod as he assessed my situation.

When he quoted me the price I was honestly shocked. I have had this problem fixed once before and had to pay significantly more than the price that he quoted me. It was because of this price that I asked him to come look at some new construction that was going on in my house and have him quote me a price. Again his price was significantly lower than many plumbers I’d had over. I approved his quote and the work began the following workday.

Two days later my new construction that I’ve been dreading doing on my own was completed and the work was quality.
All of Jerrod’s plumbers that came to my house were respectable and enjoyable to be around. They answered all of my questions as quickly as they were able to find answers.

I have already recommended Jerrod with DNA plumbing to others, and will be recommending him to future clients as well.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job with my house in South Arlington near Mansfield. Quick and efficient, discovered the problem with the drain system and resolved the matter quickly. Also, they use the latest technology like their cameras to identify the problems. Not only was he concerned about fixing the problem but making sure it never happened again. I like that in a Plumber!

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
