Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

**I am an actual Customer** I found ABC Plumbing online and used them because they were local and cheaper than other companies. The first time I called I had an issue with my toilet and someone came out for repair on Friday he was not able to complete the work so he left it undone until Monday....but came back on Monday and finished the work. I then called back for another bathroom repair at a different time and they came and stated I needed additional work done and I agreed to it all being completed, the work was done but was leaking water on the floor all night...I called twice and left a voice message and got no answer or call back and then i sent an email and finally received a message back the next morning. They sent someone back out the next morning and fixed the problem. They were all nice BUT I would not personally recommend them and unfortunately I will not be using there services again.

I’m happy this place was available to fix my issue right away on Friday. Other places weren’t available till Monday and I couldn’t wait that long. The clogging/drain issue was fixed and the plumber noticed my garbage disposal wasn’t installed correctly by another plumber from a different company and fixed that for me (a bit pricy) on that part but glad it was fixed.

Most expensive plumber. Charged Almost $250 an hour. Quoted $278 to replace 2 anode rods and $325 fur replacing a faucet.

Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

Unbelievable experience from Mark, James and crew. Deaton was responsive, fair and professional from start to finish. Effort was put forth on a late Friday afternoon to promptly fix (at no charge) damage caused by another contractor. I recommend them over the name brand companies doing all the fancy expensive marketing.

Service call was placed at 7:30 am on a Saturday and he arrived within 30 minutes. Two separate water heater leaks needed to be fixed which he repaired quickly. He was extremely professional and did great work. Him being available on short notice likely saved us a few thousand dollars from water damage. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
