We had a leak in the exterior wall of the house. They moved the master bed, cut the sheetrock, found the leak, showed me the problem, repaired it. In and out in 2 hours. Great job ! Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!

Called total care to replace an old toilet that was leaking. They gave a service call quote on the phone and a time range for the appt. They showed up as quoted, went over the options, and what could possibly be an issue due to the leak and age. When they came back for the install, they were on time, courteous and fixed a flange issue . I was very pleased and will use them again.
