I had called KMP Plumbing to look at an issue with my tankless water heater. David Allen was the technician that came out for my problem. He arrived right on time and his picture in the text i received from KMP Plumbing matched perfectly with David, so I felt very safe to allow him in my home.He was very professional and very thorough. He not only explained *what* was happening by *why* is was happening. It gave me a complete understanding of the issue and knowledge for how to address it. I had a five star experience with David Allen and KMP Plumbing.

They texted to confirm the appt time and narrowed the window from 4 to 2 hours. They sent info about the plumber and his picture so I’d know I was opening the door for the proper person. Don was on time and did an excellent job unclogging our main drain. It had tree roots about 7 feet from the house. He explained what he was going to check and showed the image of the clean drain after clearing the line. Very happy with the work and quick appt during a gross sewer back up issue. Price was reasonable for the rescue service provided.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing. They've done 2 jobs for me: 1) tankless water heater maintenance and 2) installing a pressure reduction valve. They were very responsive, courteous, professional, and answered all of my annoying plumbing questions that I kept asking. Prices were much more reasonable than bigger name brand plumbing companies, and they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't really need.

Showed up on time. We found out how to clean out or lines before they arrived. They stayed for 30 minutes and confirmed they were cleaned out. Our pipes are 50 years old. They charged a fair amount ($60). It was worth while.

Brad was great. Quick, efficient, and always kept me in the loop as to when he would be there and what needed to be done. Will definitely use him again.
