Metro rooter amazing! Service man while fixing my plumbing issue, notified me that their was another issue with my water line connected to the city of Arlington.
By him communicating this problem, I contacted the city and they fixed this $3000 issue. The city covered the cost. But this had to be done by June or I may have had to pay for it.

Called this company today in a minor panic as a DIY project went South. The lady stated they were booked for the day, but that they could get me in the following morning. I explained to her the emergency of the situation, and she said she would see what she could do and call me back. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day within two hours, and I am very grateful!!! The guy helped me figure out the problem, solved it, and we were able to turn the water back on! Would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again if I have plumbing needs. Definitely 5 stars!

Charged me; $300 didn't fix anything. Ended up needed a new water heater. I could have just saved the $300 and applied it to that. They just charged me the service trip. Lied and said they fixed it but didn't.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
