I have been using repair people for 42 years. It is refreshing to have someone out there who's got my back.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

This company came out the same day, within an hour and fixed our water heater. Robby was such a pleasure, very kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with no problem.

He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Odis and his crew are the best. I have been using them for about 5 years. I’ve had small repairs and several large repairs. Broken pipes, slab leaks and remodels. All complete has always responded very quickly. When I’ve had emergencies they came right away and stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time and removed the old unit. They replaced it with a new unit and hooked it up and were gone in no time! Very happy with their work!

These guys are awesome!! We had a water leak in our dental office and had to shut off the water. I found them on Nextdoor. Roger and John they came right out and fixed our problem!

Excellent customer service

Strong winds during a storm blew out the pilot light on our hot water heater only to find that the gas control valve had gone out so no way to relight it. I called ABC Plumbing first thing in the morning, Daryl returned my call immediately, worked around my schedule and he and Alex showed up exactly when they said they would and took care of the issue quickly, professionally and even put up with my noisy dogs! They'll be who I'll call the next time I need a plumber.

Do not bother doing business with these folks, they have No quality of work and over charge you on top of it, please pick a better plumbing service.

Had a flood that affected upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and laundry room. RR came out promptly, informed us thoroughly, and took care of our home with everything cleared and ready within a couple days. Dustin (Lead Water Restoration Technician) is the man! He knows his stuff so well and handled the bulk of the water restoration process. He also knows the inside and out of the financial aspect and helped us talk to our insurance company to decide the best way to pay. (Insurance company didn’t even know some stuff was covered, but he did.)Happy our water damage is reversed and our home is a-ok! Thanks, RR!(P.S. I’ve always loved the company’s jingle, but that’s goes without saying.) :)

KO Plumbing was fast and efficient! Not only were they able to fix our busted pipe but they were also very knowledgeable! We had so many questions and they didn't mind answering. We will definitely be using them again!
