Best Full Service Plumbing in Arlington TX

I highly recommend this company. They were out the day after I called. The plumber was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The work was completed same day. Thank you for repairing my leak and installing a new hot water tank.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

Very knowledgeable family business

I am in a new house that had an old water heater. I called Plumb Reasonable. Eddy arrived, prepared a proposal. I accepted the offer, and the new superior water heater was installed without a hitch. I am very forunate to know about Plumb Reasonable and Eddy.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I would recommend this company!

I contacted Direct Source Plumbing this morning desperately needing to have a master bath vanity unclogged. They were able to accommodate my schedule with an afternoon appointment. David contacted me to ask if I was available for him to come to my home at my scheduled appointment time. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what was required as well as provide me with a fair quote. I was impressed that he took his time to ensure that the work was done properly. He also thoroughly cleaned up the mess that he made.

Carl and Steve are our go to plumbers at Ernie's. They have come out to our property multiple times for sewer backups. Carl and Steve never complain and are very friendly, professional and so courteous. We won't use any other plumbers!The girls in the front office are extremely friendly and helpful as well. Ernie has a great crew! We highly recommend them! Especially Carl and Steve. People like Carl and Steve reflect very well on the business. This type of customer service is what makes the company great after all they are the faces that represent Earnies.

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

Nikki has been great and patient with on going plumbing issues we have had with our newly purchased home. She fixed several things that were repaired incorrectly and has been very diligent in trying to solve our mystery blockage on one side of the house. She has always been very communicative and been here when she said she would. One of the hardest workers I have seen.

Hatcher plumbing isn't the cheapest but they are extraordinarily responsive and they do good work. I've used the company for years and would recommend them.
