Milestone replaced my air conditioning system. First they apologized for the actions of the builders who did a very poor job installing my unit.(20+ years ago)
After reviewing the task at hand, cost, and estimated completion time, the job was scheduled.
The SAME DAY, a crew came and immediately began to replace the total AC unit. It was a thing of beauty how they worked together as one.Their professionalism and oneness made the job look so easy. Their safe work methods were observed immediately, and the care for our household goods was a priority with each of them.

I called WHM because I was getting water/sewage back flow into my house any time I used water. I searched around for a week attempting to find an affordable service until I found Williams Home Maintenance. Robert came out and was very skilled, quick, and pleasant. They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
