Sure you could hire the cheapest company out there but they will be back multiple times. In the end costing you more money.I have over 40 commercial stores in the dfw area. Previously we had a different major company do our work. When it came time to replace 2 5ton rooftop units the previous company was giving us a supposed one time deal. Without any specials Max Mechanical undercut their price by $1800 for each unit. On top of that they didn't know what I was quoted from the other company, this was their honest pricing.I have learned alot from their techs to keep my unit running smoothly to greater minimize any service calls. In fact they leave an extra blower belt by my unit's in the case the current one breaks. Even though there site says free service call and estimate they charge you 65.00 anyways.

I work at a property management company where i handle all the work orders from our properties. We uses William's home Maintenance for every appliance problem. That's about $600 minimum a month on a regular basis. One day i got a bill for 65.00 i called Tonya at WHM and asked her what for since we didnt approve the work, since i have to call the owner of the property with the estimate first. Tonya and her boss Jackie basically said they dont do free estimates even though i was staring at their site which stated that they do. I asked Tonya why wouldn't they say this to me when i ordered the on site estimate. She refused to answer the question. I told her boss Jackie we would have to stop referring business to them and stop using them as my vendor she told me to pay my bill and hung up.

Not only were they dishonest but they were rude.

They were very professional and friendly. They came out to check for a sewer smell that we had. Due to how the existing plumbing was ran they gave me options and a quote on how much it would be. They explained all the options and what it might take to fix it. The best plumbing service that I have used and are fair and honest.

Billy was absolutely AMAZING!!! He didn't try to oversell me on anything. I got a te t 30 min prior to let me know he was on the way so I wasn't waiting around for hours. He was open and honest about what the problem was and what my options were. Will definitely use them in the future when needed!!! I promise you won't regret using them ither!

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
