Best Drainage Pipes in Arlington TX

My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

I called the wrong number, I was trying to reach another plumbing company but clicked on the wrong listing. I'm glad I did! The gentleman that came out went above and beyond to we were happy to have him. We will not go back tot he other company we used to use. We never experienced such great customer service like this!

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Called about an upstairs bathroom leak. A plumber was sent out within the hour. Found leak and repaired within 3hrs. Very professional! Definitely recommend and will use again.

The tech was very polite and professional. But I paid more than twice the amount that it should have cost to do the job. Then was told that it was not guaranteed because of a few rocks. Well just a few days later I had to call another plumbing company out to fix it. There was apparently still a lot of hair that was in there. Well that other company fixed it and for a lot less than you guys. So you guys are charging people more than double the cost and calling it a guarantee so that’s not really a guarantee, that just double charging everyone. I will not be recommending you guys to no one at all.

He quickly assessed our options for solving the problem and provided me with an accurate estimate of the expense. He was quick, even though he had to leave to purchase new toilets for installation. Before I knew it, he was done. But through out the process he kept me informed about what he was doing and patiently answered my questions and my Mom's questions. This is an awesome company. Fast; friendly, excellent service and they keep the area clean. Their prices were very reasonable. They answer all your questions and explain what needs to be done. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
