I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

After moving into a new house, I noticed that our washer connection was leaking and we had poorly designed under-sink plumbing that had developed into a slow leak. I called ABC Plumbing to get a quote on fixing both issues. I was scheduled for an in-home quote the next day between 2-4.

Phillip and Clayton showed up at my home the next day, and Phillip actually gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away. Upon arriving, I showed them both issues and they knew immediately how to fix them and were even able to give me a ballpark quote on what it would cost. They gave me several options (some were more pressing while some fixes could wait). They did not pressure-sell me anything. After discussing with them, we agreed on what would be fixed this time and what would have to wait.

I was able to get on the schedule for the next day. They showed up at the agreed upon time with everything that was needed and got to work. The washer box fix was a bit more involved than they initially thought but they still honored the price that I was quoted and the repair didn't take any longer than their estimate. The under-sink fix was done, allowing better sink drainage and eliminating a slow drip I had under there.

Overall I was very impressed with their work. Phillip and Clayton were extremely professional and talked me through each step so I would understand what they were doing. They even tolerated constant questions from my 3-year old! I would highly recommend ABC Plumbing, and especially Phillip and Clayton!

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. I will certainly call him next time I need a plumber..

I had a slab leak and called on Saturday morning to schedule an estimate for Monday. Wes was in the area and came by Saturday and gave an estimate within an hour of me calling in. He re-piped the lines through the ceiling instead of having to destroy the slab. He even stayed late to complete the job. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I would highly recommend them and will use for any future plumbing problems.

Max is your guy. At my old property, he helped us tremendously by installing a new laundry line (our old line was too small to handle the volume of water from our washer). His price for that job was very reasonable. When I moved into my new (old) house, I knew that the laundry line was having a similar problem based on anecdotes from the previous owner. I called him out one day to evaluate the situation. Do you know what it's like to move into a new house, have a wonderful new washer to use, and not be able to? And have lots of clothes that needs washing because you're passing your days unpacking, painting, cleaning, etc.? I have to admit, I cried when I hooked up the washer and immediately got back-up, but I was confident Max could help me. Well, it didn't take him long to figure out that not only was my washer line not working, but I actually had a large clog in my main sewer line. I had observed gurgling in my toilets and some back-up in a tub, but wasn't sure if it was all connected or not...lesson learned, just go ahead and tell your plumber everything that's going on, because he probably could have taken care of business that much faster.
A part of me died a little when he told me about the clogged line...the previous owner had documented all of the plumbing work he had just done in the past year! I thought everything was supposed to be okay! But then it dawned on me that the poor guy was living alone for 3 years in a 2500 sq. foot house and I am sure the volume of water my family was putting out threw everything into overdrive.
I didn't even ask Max how much it would be, I just wanted it fixed, and trusted he would be reasonable. He even hooked up my gas dryer for me since I wasn't feeling like messing with a gas appliance that day on top of everything else. Once he was done (it took him a few hours to do everything and check his work), he gave me a good warranty for the job and the bill was lower than I expected. Also, we've had no plumbing problems since! Thank you Max for being awesome and helping us out!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Yes they are more expensive, but they are good and they guarantee the work. If you want a cheap, half axxx job, don’t call em. But if you want a professional, highly talented team who gets it done, call em.
