Best Cooling in Arlington TX

The guy who came for the service repair seemed agitated and annoyed. He wanted me to find a latter for him to go into the attic because our drop down wasn’t sturdy enough for him. Then he said we would need 12 pounds of coolant at 100$ a pound, plus additional costs up too 4,000$. He said we would just need to get a new A/C unit. After doing nothing and giving a ridiculous quote we still paid the 89$ service call.We called another guy out same day, who agreed there was a leak but would refill the coolant at half the cost per pound. Glad we called someone else out here. We were hoping with all the great reviews they would be an honest company to use.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

Needed to replace a Nest thermostat and fix our heat pump. The technician was nice and friendly, but the company quoted us $880 to replace a thermostat that costs less than $250. There is no way replacing a thermostat requires $630 in labor. Never using them again.

I called WHM because I was getting water/sewage back flow into my house any time I used water. I searched around for a week attempting to find an affordable service until I found Williams Home Maintenance. Robert came out and was very skilled, quick, and pleasant. He got right to work and assured me they would take care of me. After only an hour, the problem was solved! I highly recommend WHM for any plumbing/home maintenance needs.

Ernie's responded to a very difficult situation when the line from our toilet backed up and was overflowing in the house in Ft. Worth. The plumber was very diligent in not only resolving the clog, but he also did a thorough search of the system and found the cleanout outside the house that had been covered up with dirt and grass over the years. He kept me informed throughout the process and stayed with the problem until it was completely resolved. I would also like to thank the staff and the manager that worked with me and my tenant to overcome some difficulties even before the plumber showed up on site.

The office staff and technician were nice but the problem was i was advised i needed a $1900 part when all he could have advised to blow the debris out the main drain like the other tech did
